
I left the studio at 5am with Vaquero strapped to my trailer, headed to Metal Arts Foundry. I’ve seen this clay melt in the sun….and my paranoia didn’t want that to happen.

During the 100 mile trip, I stop 3-4 times to check the tie down straps. I loved how the brake lights reflected on the piece. Had to get a photo.

Vaquero….safe at the foundry. Ready for the mold. This piece is 7ft tall. Edition of #10.
